Hello, good news. Finally, we shipped out all YenSpin to backers.

We done last week to all of EMS backer get tracking info and most of them received and rest of them on the way.

To USA, Russia, Ukraine, Brazil,India,Colombia,Australia such as EMS stopped countries, we shipped Yen Spin to Hong Kong warehouse.The fulfillment company will provide your tracking info automatically once they are ready.Please wait a moment.We do not have any answer when you get Yen Spin right now.It is on the way and you will see tracking info very soon.

After ship from Hong Kong to your country, most of USA backer shipped by DHL (3-7 days)and other backer will be fast and economy way.

Factory did great job and all are on schedule.Just logistics issue makes delay.Sorry for confusion and waiting.

We finished production and start shipping today for all backers.

• Japanese(Domestic)-we shipped today.You will get tomorrow or day after tomorrow.
• International where work EMS-we ship step by step,hope finish shipping in this week.

Once we ship by EMS,system will update step by step to your email.

• To USA,Russia,India,Australia,Brazil,and some more where EMS stopped.

We work with Easyship(fulfilment service) where can not send by EMS.We hope we can ship their warehouse next week.Once it arrive,it will ship by DHL(7-10days) and all of you will get notice.If you do not get notice,that means shipping is not ready,but almoset.Please wait a moment.

We have learned from a customer that some of the axles are tightly fitted. At the factory, we have to check the fit by hand one by one before shipping. Some products have changed shape of edges, cannot be fitted in a straight line, or are hard from the start due to tolerance. After a few attempts, the aluminum shaft will deform and become just the right degree of hardness. Also, since the bearing is only press-fit, it may come off if you push it in with the flat side up. You push the bearing with the curved side up, it may not come off.

Also, although the large defectives in the plating was removed after two inspections, there may be some very small bubbles or lines in the product. Please be aware that as a machined metal product, it will not have the same shine as a precious jewelry.

一部軸のはめ込みがきつい商品があることがお客様からの連絡でわかりました。工場では１つ１つ手ではめ込みを確認しての出荷となっています。縁が傷ついたり、まっすぐはめ込めなかっったり、あるいは最初から硬めのもの、というものも公差の関係で存在します。何回かはめ込むことでアルミニウム製の軸なので変形してちょうどよい硬さになりますので試してみてください。またベアリングも圧入してあるだけなので平らな面を上にして押し込むと取れる場合があります。曲面のあるほうを上にして押し込むとベアリングが取れないので試してみてください。

また２度の検品で大きなメッキムラは外してありますが、ごく微細な気泡や線が商品に入っている場合があります。金属の削り出し商品の特性としてどうしても貴金属のような輝きのものだけにならない点をご理解いただけると幸いです。
